About me
Hey, thanks for stopping by!
My name is Christina. I'm currently pursuing my PhD at Meteo France in Toulouse where I'll be exploring the use of multivariate deep learning regression models in capturing climate change signals at the local scale. I also recently finished a double masters in Geoinformatics and Data Science as a scholarship winner in the Copernicus Digital Earth program. I'm not a computer scientist by nature (My undergraduate degree was an Earth Science and statistics double major) but my unconventional road to the world of informatics, whether that be data engineering or AI model building, has convinced me that these technologies are always best grappled with from an interdisciplinary perspective. As such, any challenge that allows me to combine my interests in deep learning and the natural sciences is one that excites me!
Here you can see a little bit more about what I'm interested in and what I'm up to. I'm currently open to part-time work opportunities while I pursue my Phd, so if anything here sparks your interest, don't hesitate to reach out-- I'd love to connect!
